With a deep passion for the Pilates exercise system, my journey began 15 years ago, and it has been an incredible ride ever since. I pursued my interest through rigorous training and eventually became a certified Pilates instructor. My dedication led me to complete the comprehensive certification program with the Balanced Body University, where I obtained multiple certifications, including.

In addition to my core training, I expanded my knowledge by participating in 3D anatomy courses and attending various advanced Pilates workshops. These experiences, combined with years of professional practice, culminated in the opening of my own Pilates studio in 2013.

One of the key elements of my approach is creating personalized exercise plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. This method has led to countless success stories, as I’ve helped my clients achieve their fitness goals and experience the transformative power of Pilates.

What truly fuels my passion is witnessing the incredible results Pilates brings to so many people. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to share this experience with my clients, teaching an estimated 27,000 classes since the beginning of my career.

My passion for sports began at a young age, growing up in the beautiful coastal city, Istanbul. This early connection to the water led me to immerse myself in swimming. In 2002, I began my career at Sports International, Turkey’s first and largest sports complex, a joint Turkish-American venture. There, I worked as a swimming coach and lifeguard, gaining invaluable experience over twelve years.

After years of dedicated work in swimming, I discovered the transformative power of Pilates during a personal search for a more holistic approach to fitness and well-being. Witnessing the incredible benefits that Pilates offered in terms of core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, I was inspired to shift my focus. This transition was driven by a desire to help others experience the same profound improvements in overall health.

For over a decade, I have been a professional Pilates instructor, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to my sessions. I am a certified Pilates instructor with numerous qualifications from Balanced Body University, including certifications in My deep understanding of body mechanics from my swimming background seamlessly integrates with Pilates principles, allowing me to offer a unique and effective training experience.
